Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Call or email us if you have special shipping needs.

Q: What other methods of payment are available?

A: Non-credit card payments are also accepted. For check payment, print a copy of your web order form or use a blank downloadable order form and send along with a check made out to The Language Conservancy  to:

Purchase Orders Established institutions or corporations may also submit approved purchase orders to the above address or faxed to (812) 961-0141.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: TLC Bookstore's Returns Policy is that if you are not satisfied with the products you ordered on online, you may return the products within 14 days for a full refund.
